These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SNS Enterprise Group LLC(“SNS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the website at snsenterprise.co, our online shop, and any services we provide. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

SNS Enterprise Group operates three divisions: Construction Materials & Supply, Printing & Mailing Services, and Laser Cutting & Engraving. Specific capabilities, lead times, and tolerances are described in our capability statements and are subject to change without notice. Custom quotes supersede any generalized statements on this site.

• Prices listed in the shop are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of taxes, shipping, and handling unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or out-of-stock situations.
• Custom quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote (typically 30 days). Bulk, contract, and procurement pricing requires a separate written agreement.
• An order is considered accepted only when we send an order confirmation. Payment authorization alone does not constitute acceptance.

Shop payments are processed by Stripe. By placing an order you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for the order total, including any taxes and shipping. We do not store full payment card details. Net-30 terms are available to qualified contractor and procurement accounts on application.

• Proofs. For engraved items, our team will email a proof to the address on the order before production begins. Production starts only after proof approval.
• Non-returnable. Customized, engraved, or otherwise personalized items are made to order and are not returnable or refundable except for manufacturing defects.
• Approved artwork only. By submitting text, artwork, or logos for engraving, you represent that you own or have permission to use the content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.
• Final responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy of text and artwork in the approved proof. We are not liable for errors approved by the customer.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Delivery dates are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer when the carrier picks up the order from our facility, unless a freight-on-board (F.O.B. destination) term is specified in a separate written contract.

• Standard catalog (non-customized) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original-packaging condition. A restocking fee may apply.
• Customized or engraved items are not returnable (see Section 5).
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact info@snsenterprise.co within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our option.
• Wholesale and contract orders are governed by the terms of the underlying purchase order or contract.

All site content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and the SNS lockup, is owned by SNS Enterprise Group LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the site without our written permission, except for personal or internal procurement evaluation.

SNS Enterprise Group is registered in SAM.gov and is WOSB and HUBZone certified at the time of this writing. CAGE Code 9QN09; UEI FV1QBXAZ4AX8. Federal contracting relationships are governed by the applicable solicitation, contract, FAR/DFARS clauses, and any supplemental terms — not by these Terms.

The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SNS's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the site or any order is limited to the amount paid by you to SNS for the specific item or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
