Her cross-sector experience — spanning healthcare, business development, and federal procurement — anchors SNS's role as a credible partner for primes, agencies, and supplier diversity offices. She champions American manufacturing as economic infrastructure: jobs, durability, and accountable production for the public and private sectors that depend on it.

Nichole Mobley is the operations lead and co-owner of SNS Enterprise Group, with deep experience in government contracting, logistics, transportation, and project coordination. Her background in commercial trucking and supply chain operations translates directly into the discipline procurement teams expect — on-time delivery, accurate documentation, and clean handoffs between scope, fabrication, and fulfillment. As the day-to-day point of contact for contractors and procurement officers, she runs client relations, contract support, and workflow with measurable consistency.

Shaletra Jordan is the people and operations lead and co-owner of SNS Enterprise Group, drawing on a career in healthcare, human resources, and organizational management. She oversees the HR systems, team coordination, and internal infrastructure that keep production scalable as contracts grow — building the operating bench, hiring discipline, and project rhythm that let SNS deliver signage, fabrication, and procurement solutions on procurement-grade terms.
