Privacy Policy

SNS Enterprise Group LLC(“SNS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, online shop, and procurement and contracting interactions.

We collect information in the following ways:

• Forms you submit. Contact, consultation, contractor inquiry, and careers forms collect your name, email, phone (optional), organization (optional), and any message content you provide.
• Orders & checkout. When you place an order through our shop we collect your name, billing/shipping address, email, phone, and items purchased. Payment card details are collected directly by Stripe (see Section 4); we do not see or store full card numbers.
• Customer accounts. If you create an account, we store your email, password (hashed), and any preferences or saved addresses you add.
• Custom engraving content. Text, logos, or artwork you submit for engraving are stored as part of your order record.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider (Vercel) and CDN may log IP addresses, user agent strings, and request paths for security and performance. We do not currently use marketing cookies or third-party trackers.

• Respond to inquiries and provide quotes.
• Process and fulfill orders, including proof approvals for engraving.
• Operate, secure, and improve our website and shop.
• Comply with legal obligations, including federal contracting record-keeping.
• Communicate updates relevant to active orders or contracts.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

We use a small set of trusted service providers to operate the site and the shop. They process your information only as needed to provide their services and are bound by their own privacy practices:

• Vercel — website hosting and CDN.
• Supabase — database and customer account storage.
• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe collects and stores card details directly; we receive a token and order metadata only.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for contact forms and order confirmations.

Federal contracting records may also be submitted to SAM.gov, contracting officers, primes, or other procurement-authorized parties as required by the relevant solicitation or contract.

We use a minimal set of cookies and local storage entries:

• Cart contents — stored in your browser's local storage so your cart persists between visits.
• Authentication — if you sign into a customer or admin account, a secure session cookie is set by Supabase.
• Stripe Checkout — Stripe sets cookies on its checkout pages for fraud protection.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics that profile visitors across sites at this time.

We keep order records, customer account data, and contracting-related communications for as long as needed to provide services, satisfy tax/legal/record-keeping obligations (including federal contracting requirements), and resolve disputes. Inquiry messages submitted via our contact forms are typically retained for 24 months unless they become part of an active contract or order record.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email info@snsenterprise.co. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request. We will not retaliate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

We use industry-standard measures to protect the information you provide — TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords at rest, and access controls on our database. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever learn of a security incident that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may revise this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged via a notice on the site.
